Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and MSS Jewelry W.L.L. By creating an account or using MSS Gold, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service is currently intended for eligible customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We may request information needed to confirm eligibility before enabling an account or transaction.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login methods, device, and verification codes secure. You are responsible for activity properly authenticated through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, a lost device, or incorrect account information. We may restrict access while we investigate or protect you and the service.

Access to transactions is subject to identity verification and ongoing KYC, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, fraud-prevention, and other compliance checks. We may request further documents, pause a request, apply limits, or decline service where required by law or our risk controls.

MSS Gold displays gold prices and values in grams and supported currencies. Market prices can move at any time. A displayed indicative price is not a guaranteed execution price; the binding amount, rate, spread, fee, and quote expiry are shown before you confirm a transaction.

MSS Gold is a gold purchasing and savings service, not investment, tax, or financial advice. Gold values can rise or fall, and past market movement does not guarantee future results.

A purchase or sale is submitted only after you review and confirm its live quote. An accepted transaction is recorded in your account history and reflected in your gold or Cash Balance. Completed transactions cannot normally be reversed merely because the market price later changes.

We may reject, reverse, or correct a transaction affected by an obvious pricing error, duplicate instruction, unauthorized activity, technical fault, insufficient balance, or legal requirement. We will preserve an auditable record and notify you where appropriate.

Funding instructions are not confirmation that money has been received. A Cash Balance is credited only after funds and their reference are verified. Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, verification, review, limits, banking schedules, and any clearly disclosed charges.

Cash Balance is an account feature used to settle MSS Gold activity. It is not represented as a bank account, savings account, or interest-bearing deposit.

Eligible available gold may be requested for redemption in offered bar weights, subject to product availability, identity and account review, preparation times, pickup or delivery availability, and charges shown before confirmation. Gold reserved for an open redemption cannot be sold or used for another request.

Ownership, collection, delivery, and status details shown for a redemption must be checked before acceptance. You must provide an accurate delivery address and follow collection and identity-verification instructions.

You must not use MSS Gold for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, market abuse, impersonation, unauthorized access, automated interference, or transactions on behalf of an undisclosed third party. You must not exploit errors or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but market feeds, banks, identity providers, networks, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control can delay or interrupt access. We may temporarily pause a transaction type to protect customers, reconcile records, or comply with law.

We may improve or change features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the effective date identifies the current version.

You can request account closure from Settings → Account management → Close account. Gold, Cash Balance, open requests, or legal retention obligations must be resolved before closure can be completed.

We may suspend or close access for material breach, suspected misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or inability to complete required verification. Transaction and compliance records may be retained after closure where required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MSS is not responsible for losses caused solely by market movements, inaccurate information you provide, compromised credentials you fail to report, unavailable third-party networks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If an account entry appears incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate against the authoritative transaction and audit records.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The competent courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory customer rights or dispute process that applies.
