Delete your MSS Gold account
Fill in the form below and MSS will start closing your account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything, and we never accept deletion instructions from an unverified third party.

Sign in, then open More → Account management → Close account. Review any remaining gold, cash balance, savings plans, withdrawals, funding requests or redemption orders before submitting.
What is deleted
- Your customer login and access to MSS Gold once closure is approved.
- Profile, contact, preference, notification and device records that MSS is no longer required to keep.
- Other personal information with no continuing operational or legal purpose.
What may be retained
MSS may keep identity-verification, transaction, invoice, funding, withdrawal, redemption, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, dispute and audit records where Bahrain law, anti-money-laundering obligations or another legal requirement demands it. Retained records stay protected and are never used to keep a closed account active.
How the request is handled
MSS acknowledges the request, verifies your identity, explains any action required to settle the account, and confirms when closure is completed. The time needed depends on open balances, pending requests and record-retention duties.
